An exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to take up a position as Sales & Support Manager at Navboys, based in Congleton, Cheshire.
The successful candidate will manage the Navboys Online Shop operation and deal with customers and supplier queries over the phone and by email within a busy customer facing environment.
Main Duties:
* Answering customer queries whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service
* Managing stock inventory & liaise with suppliers
* Processing and fulfilment of orders
* Maintaining the Navboys’ website
Further Duties:
* Promoting the Navboys brand through newsletter updates and on our various social media platforms
* Represent Navboys at the British Gliding Association Conference and on our product guide videos on our YouTube channel
* Assisting the workshop with glider repairs & servicing when required
* Carrying out repairs and services to devices including calibration and bench testing
The successful candidate will have:
* a high level of attention to detail
* strong written and verbal communication skills
* a professional and courteous telephone manner, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* a flexible and adaptable attitude with the ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
* the ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads
* excellent computer skills with good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
* previous experience within a similar role is desirable
* familiarity with the aviation industry or an interest in aviation and gliding is advantageous
