Orders

When you place an order on our website we need to collect some information from you to allow us to fulfil your order, this includes your name, email address, delivery and invoice address and phone number. We also use your personal information to provide you with confirmation and updates to the status of your order. In placing an order, the following non-personal information will also be stored: the date and time you placed an order, your chosen payment method, your payment amount, shipping method and the products you have purchased. Order information is stored indefinitely on our order manager which allows us to comply with UK tax regulations. If you ever wish to see the data we hold for you, please contact us and we can provide this.

We do not share your personal information with any third party unless specifically agreed with you to do so. (For example – passing your details on to one of our suppliers to allow quicker delivery to you, when required). In placing an order requiring shipping, you authorise us to share your name, address and contact details with the relevant shipping company for delivery and tracking purposes.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

Website Account + Newsletters

When you create an account on our website, you provide us with your email address and a password which is stored encrypted (we cannot see it). You are also asked whether you would like 'to sign up to our monthly newsletter...’. If you consent to this through ticking the checkbox – you will be signed up to our newsletter mailing list. We send a newsletter no more than once a month. Should you ever wish to unsubscribe from these emails, there is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email or you can change your preferences in your online account or alternatively you can contact us and we can remove you from the mailing list. Should you ever wish to see or edit the data we hold for you on your online account, you can see this at any time by logging in and clicking on ‘Your Account’. Should you ever wish to delete your online account, please contact us.

Non-personal ID information

We collect non-personal identification information about you when you interact with our website. This includes your IP address and its host name and country location and the type of device and browser you are using to view the website. If you are registered and signed in to our website, we also collect information on the date you first registered and the date you last visited.
