LX AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference System) for LX90xx, LX80xx

LX AHRS is now avialble on the LX8000, LX8080, LX9000, LX9050, LX9070 computers as a firmware upgrade. The position of the artificial horizon on the screen can be modified by the user before flight and installed in the pilot profile using the free LX styler utility program for the LX80xx and LX90xx units. Because the use of AHRS in competition is forbidden , the status of AHRS unit (ON/OFF) is written in IGC file or displayed on the unit. No additional hardware is required saving space and reducing wiring requirements.


All that is required is the serial number from your unit and we can arrange the firmware release code and upgrade file to be emailed to you. Install is a simple process and follows the standard upgrade procedure.
