Some times the internal storage of the Oudie can become corrupted. We offer a service to re format the internal storage, re load the operating system and re install the SeeYou Mobile application and license. We do this on site at our office in the UK so the device does not need to go back to Slovenia with all of the hassle and cost that entails with temporary export etc. Turn around is usually one week and the cost includes return shipping RM24 tracked and signed.
